Equipment

  • High speed blender Vitamix or similar

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop protein powder 33g
  • 1/2 cup kefir
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 almonds
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1/2 banana

Instructions

  • Put apple, banana, almonds, kefir, water, and protein powder in a blender; I use Vega Protein & Greens powder
  • Blend until smooth and no chunks or debris remain
  • Pour into a glass and chug.
